Connectivity is crucial to a country’s development. And our expertise and experience in providing safe and efficient expressways has played a vital role in helping the nation grow. Today, our expressways include PLUS Expressways Berhad, Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd (ELITE), Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd and Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad. |
PLUS Expressways Berhad is the toll concessionaire of the North-South Expressway (NSE), Asia’s largest network of inter-urban expressways and highways, stretching 966.5km from the border of Thailand to the Singapore border. The NSE links all major cities on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, providing an easier, safer and faster way to travel, and access to numerous economic opportunities along the route. PLUS Expressways is currently upgrading the facility towards achieving its vision of becoming the nation’s “Model Expressway Group”.
Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd (ELITE) is the concessionaire of North-South Expressways Central Link that lets NSE users bypass Kuala Lumpur from Nilai, straight towards the NKVE and vice versa.
Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd is the concessionaire of the Penang Bridge and is responsible for managing, operating, upgrading and collecting bridge toll under a 25-year concession that ends on May 31, 2018. Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad operates and maintains the Malaysia-Singapore Second Crossing Expressway, a bridge cum expressway that links Malaysia and Singapore across the Johor Straits, from Tanjung Kupang in the south of Johor to Tuas, in the west of Singapore. The Second Link, including the Customs, Immigration & Quarantine complex, is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
