This represented the total usage of IBS content and construction methodology. End of 2008, the Government called upon all Government agencies to increase the IBS content of their building projects to a minimum of 70 points of the IBS Score.

IBS is one of the streaks of innovation in the trade of constructions, where we industry players are constantly endeavoured to achieve in its implementation in suitable developments. High density housing and high rise residential such as the Putrajaya Apartments could be a good prospect for IBS as it promotes faster and better quality of construction with increased site cleanliness and safety, while save on materials and labour consumption”.
Mohd Razin further commented, “While the project was no doubt challenging, we have managed to complete the apartment within the stipulated requirements without compromising on quality and safety. We have the resources, expertise and experience to support construction using the IBS method. Another housing project that we are working on using the same concept is a 4,000 unit of houses project in Brunei Darussalam”.
